User interface


The main window of GoldenSection Notes has the following appearance:


Numbers (on the picture) show the main parts of the program:

  1. Main menu
  2. Toolbar
  3. Document tree (documents stored in the database)
  4. List of Records
  5. Comment or note body area
  6. Panel for attached files
  7. Indicator of the current record and the total number of records (in the document)
  8. Tabs for switching between open .gso files
Documents from your database (the current .gso file) are displayed in the left part - they make up a tree-type structure (We call this window the document tree).
The right part of the program (Document window) displays contents of the document selected (active) in the left program window.
